This tee is raglan style and starts at the top with a circular yolk. I love top down style tops because of the great fit and there’s no sewing.

  1. Love your patterns! It’s wonderful to see patterns that come in larger sizes and are suitable for any age. Thank you, Breann! You are one of the best.

  2. Dear Breann, thank you very much for the lovely pattern. I am planning to start it tomorrow. Can you please help me on what are turned rounds.

Thank you very much and please be careful outside. I await your answer.

    Thanks,
    Sharan@awdrecordings.com

    1. Hi! After you join each round you’re going to turn and work the next round in the other direction. Just like if you were doing rows 🙂

  3. When skipping the stitches for the sleeve, do you slip stitch those, fasten off and rejoin yarn, or are you carrying the yarn? Thanks!

    1. Hi! You just completely skip that section and dc in the next stitch. It will create a fold in the circle and that’s the sleeve. I hope that helps 🙂

  4. Hello when I turn my rows my stitch count is off but if I go in rounds it’s fine can I do continuous rounds or can u tell me what I might be doing wrong. Thank u

  5. Can the ‘seam’ be on the side rather than in the back? So can you crochet 60 DC then skip 40 two times?
I’m new to crochet so I am not sure if this makes sense.

  6. I started this pattern in size medium and tried it when got to body rounds and it was so tight and i did a gauge square first. Pattern great really easy to follow. Starting large hopeful 😁anyone else had this happen

  7. Hi! Thank you so much for this pattern. I have a question about the sleeve portion. Per your instructions:
    “Round 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21: ch 2, turn, dc in 30, 32, 36, 39, 43, 45 stitches, skip 40, 45, 53, 58, 67, 74 stitches (this is the first sleeve), dc in 60, 65, 73, 79, 87, 91 stitches, skip 40, 45, 53, 58, 67, 74 stitches (this is the second sleeve), dc in remaining stitches, join to first dc with sl st (120, 130, 146, 157, 174, 182 dc)”

So I need to count to stitch number 30, 32, 36, etc, and DC in those? Then I get a little confused on the skip 40, 45, etc part. Am I counting 40 stitches and then doing a single DC then skipping another 45 stitches? Or does the skip 40 mean I DC for 39 stitches, skip #40, skip #45, etc?

    Or something else entirely? LOL

    Many thanks for your help!

    Lisa

    1. Hi! What size are you making? Example for a small (the first number in the series): dc in 30 stitches, skip 40 stitches, then dc in the next 60 stitches, skip 40 stitches, then dc in the remaining stitches/

      1. (Lightbulb)
I get it! My fault for trying to crochet way too close to my bedtime and not paying enough attention.
        Makes complete sense!

        Thank you so much!

        Lisa
